A funny thing happened to the Temple football team on the way to a disappointing 1-3 start in Mid-American Conference play. The Owls found themselves right in the middle of the “I-don’t-want-it-you-can-have-it” MAC East race - where you never know what’s going to happen next. Temple in the 2008 MAC Championship Game? Don’t bet against it.
