Army was running a new offense, with a quarterback who doesn’t quite fit what they want to do. Their defense has a bunch of new starters. And they weren't very good on special teams. But make no mistake, Temple didn’t roll to a 35-7 victory because Army was mistake-prone, or slow, or simply lacked talent. The Owls won because they played a winning brand of football.
