The Orange advance to a 4-0 start against familiar opponent, the Colgate Raiders, as Syracuse players set new career marks in the rout.

Syracuse started off the game just as they did versus Princeton, with a jumper from freshman center DaJuan Coleman. But, unlike their last match, the Orange did trail early, 6-2, before breaking an 11-11 tie and never looking back.

Sophomore guard Michael Carter-Williams, who had just set a new single-game career high in assists when Syracuse played Wagner, topped his 11 assists with 13 against Colgate.

Senior forward James Southerland came out strong from the bench for the second-straight game, following his 11-point first half performance against Princeton with 16 at the break versus Colgate.

Center DaJuan Coleman set a new single-game career high in points with 12 before coming out by the seven-minute mark of the second half.

In front of their biggest home crowd of the season, 21,085, the Orange advanced to 3-0 at home and their 25th-straight win inside the Carrier Dome, 87-51.
